This page sets out what RocketSheets actually does, in the order it does it, rather than boilerplate borrowed from a larger company. If a line reads badly or looks like it contradicts the product, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix the page or the product.

Nothing recurring to cancel
RocketSheets sells no subscriptions and nothing that renews. Every sheet and every bundle is one payment, taken once, and your card is never charged again for it. There is nothing to switch off and no renewal date to remember.

Before you pay
Starting a checkout costs nothing. Your card is charged only when you press Pay on your order page and the card processor accepts the payment. If you change your mind before then, simply leave the page: an unpaid order is never charged.

After you pay
A sheet is delivered the moment the payment is confirmed, so a paid order cannot be cancelled as such. What you can do is ask for your money back: every purchase carries a 14 day refund, no reason required. The Refund Policy explains how to ask and what a refund changes.

Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice, or for something you did not mean to buy, write to [email protected] from the address on the order and we will refund the charge. Please write to us before disputing it with your bank: a refund reaches you faster than a dispute does.
