The workbook
What it is
Short-let hosting produces a lot of numbers and very little clarity. This tracks income, expenses and mileage per property and per unit, keeps a booking calendar you can read at a glance, and answers the question the platform dashboard never does: which unit, which month, which nightly rate is genuinely worth the turnover. Property, unit, monthly, annual, five-year, custom and comparison views all read the same underlying ledger.
What is inside
- 01Income, expenses and mileage tracked per property and per unit
- 02Booking calendar with an overview of what is reserved when
- 03Seven dashboards — property, unit, month, annual, five-year, custom, comparison
- 04Unit statistics, including nightly rate and break-even
- 05Maintenance log kept beside the money, not in another app
- 06Handles a portfolio, not just a spare room
How it reaches you
- You pay once
- Stripe takes the card. No account needed to buy — make one afterwards if you want the sheet listed in your account.
- Google makes the copy
- You land on Google's own 'make a copy' screen. The new file is created inside your Drive, on your account, not ours.
- It stays yours
- From that second we cannot open it, edit it, or take it back. A refund stops future downloads from us; it never reaches into your Drive.

One key for the whole fleet.
RocketSheets VIP opens every system on the manifest and keeps you on the newest major version of each — a new major version is a new file, and members get it. Stop paying and nothing is taken back: the sheets you copied are already sitting in your Drive.
