Anything we publish after you join is added to the same list, at no extra charge.
They stay exactly where they are. Stopping your membership does not delete, lock, or claw back a sheet already sitting in your Google Drive — it is your file, in your account, and we have no way to reach into it. You keep the newest edition you held while you were a member; what stops is new sheets and new versions.
A small fix — a formula corrected, a lookup widened — is an edit to the same Google file, so everyone holding that version gets it for nothing. A major version is not an edit. It is a rebuilt file with its own template, and putting those behind the membership is what pays for rebuilding them.
From your account, through the Stripe billing portal — no email required, though we will do it for you if you would rather. Cancelling stops the renewal; the membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
